All non-manufacturer defect returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee for online store credit only.

All returns must be pre-approved by requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To do this, please email us and include a description of the problem. Once your request is received, you will be contacted within three business days with an RMA number and instructions for returning the item (s). The RMA number, once provided, is only valid for two weeks. You must repack any returned item as it was delivered to you, including all components, materials, and documentation. Once shipped, email us the tracking number (s) with your RMA number. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item (s). Return shipping costs are only refunded if the return is the result of incorrect shipment of the product.
